摘要 琼脂薄片直接显微镜检法是测定土壤微生物总量的一个传统方法。只要严格控制测定条件,规范和遵从操作步骤,就能获得重现性较好的结果。本文对该方法的影响因素及操作技巧等等做了比较详细的讨论。 Agar-film method is a traditional approach to estimate total soil microbial biomass.The accurate and replicate results can be obtained only if the measuring condi- tions are controlled.Experience is also necessary in the observation and counting soil mi- croorganisms.The interfering factors and skills of making agar-film and observing mi- croorganism are discussed.
