摘要
指出上海市电力公司实施线损精细化项目的技术条件及上海电网自身具备的基础条件。并对线损精细化项目的总体技术方案进行详细阐述,提出110 kV、35 kV、10 kV电网及低压台区比对方案、计量方案和通信方案。介绍了线损精细化分析系统的总体框架及网络构架,介绍了线损分析系统的软件功能。
The basic conditions of SMEPC and Shanghai Power Grid for implementation of the line loss delicacy project were illuminated, and the general technical scheme for the project was recommended, including the comparison scheme, the measurement scheme, and the communication scheme for 110 kV, 35 kV, and 10 kV grids and low voltage transformer area. The general framework and network structure of the line loss delicacy analysis system were presented, as well as functions of the system.
