基于低压台区的抄表及线损管理方案的研究 被引量:20

Meter reading and line loss management schemes for low-voltage transformer areas

摘要 在生产管理系统(PMS)和营销系统(C IS)信息互联的基础上,通过对低压台区售电侧电量信息与手工抄表方式得到用户侧的电量信息进行比对,分析低压台区线损生成机制,找出影响线损率的各类因素,有针对性地开展降损工作,提出合理解决减少线损的办法,建立起线损精细化规范管理体系。同时根据台区抄表目标,结合线损分析的要求,研究讨论台区抄表的管理办法,从抄表实现、数据采集、线损管理、工作流程、人员配备等方面入手,通过对试点台区抄表、线损分析的归纳总结,系统合理地制定台区抄表管理办法,指导台区抄表工作的全面开展。 Based on the integration of the Product Management System (PMS) and the Customer Information System (CIS) , the quantity of sold electricity and the electricity quantity obtained by manual meter reading were balanced, by which the line loss causes for low-voltage transformer areas as well as factors influencing the line loss ratio were found out. Consequently, measures for line loss reduction were proposed, and the line loss delicacy management system was established. Meanwhile, the management method for meter reading for low-voltage transformer areas was studied, including data acquisition, line loss management, working procedure, staff arrangement, and etc.
