介绍辅酶Q10的定义、特点、用途、生理活性,简要回顾了辅酶Q10的发展历程。全面阐述国内外关于辅酶Q10在食品行业的应用情况,并对其在食品行业的应用前景做了展望。
We introduced the definition, characteristics, uses and physical activity and reviewed briefly the development of the coenzyme Q10. Meanwhile, we expatiated coenzyme Q10's application in the food industry. At last we make a prospects on application of coenzyme Q10 in the food industry.
