摘要
指出近来国内外认知语言学研究发展迅速,已经成为语言学的主流学派。从取决英汉翻译是否成功的重要因素的角度出发,集中论述翻译选词依据的两个方面:模糊性和体验性,并进一步探讨两者影响英汉、汉英翻译的原因,以及它们是怎样应用于翻译选词中,以强调它们对翻译的影响和作用。
Recently, cognitive linguistics at home and abroad has developed so rapidly that it has begun to gain a dominant position in linguistic theory. From the important element in translation, this paper focuses its attention on discussing the language fuzziness and embodiment in the choice of word meanings. By analyzing their origins and features, it further explains why these two affect the E-C and E-C translation and how they will be applied in the choice of words, in hopes of emphasizing their influence and function in translation.
