摘要
对光肩星天牛幼虫虫体氨基酸成分及含量进行检测,并与已知人工饲料中的氨基酸成分及含量进行比较,用于指导花绒寄甲2龄幼虫人工饲料的配制。将光肩星天牛幼虫虫体氨基酸和已知人工饲料中的氨基酸,分别与糖类、维生素、盐类、有机酸、50%天牛幼虫提取液、酵母粉、麦芽提取液、鲜牛奶、蛋白胨、鸡蛋黄、新生牛血清、氯霉素和维生素E配成氨基酸含量不同的花绒寄甲幼虫人工饲料。在脱脂棉球上添加人工饲料,转移接种花绒寄甲2龄幼虫饲养。结果表明:通过改变饲料中氨基酸成分,花绒寄甲老熟幼虫结茧前体长和体重都大于对照组,子代成虫的羽化率可以达到20%。
Based on the analysis of amino acid of longhorn beetle (Anoplophora glabripennis Motschulsky) and comparison with the known amino acid components of artificial fodder, a new artificial diet was developed to assist the successful rearing of the second instars of Dastarcus helophorides larvae. These two groups of different amino acids were added into the following components, including carbohydrates, vitamins, salts, 50% extracted solution from A. glabripennis, yeast, extracted solution of malts, fresh milk, peptone, egg yolks, newborn calf serum, chloromycetin and vitamin E, respectively. In comparison with known diet, this newly developed artificial diet showed significant effect on the weight and length of larvae, heavier and longer with over 20 o/6o of adult emergence rate.
