花绒寄甲的昼夜节律行为研究

摘要 在25℃条件下,花绒寄甲卵的孵化、幼虫化蛹、成虫羽化在24 h中均有一定比例发生。其中,卵孵化率的54.89%发生在11:00—18:00;化蛹率高峰期发生在14:00—15:00,低谷期则发生在04:00—05:00;成虫羽化率高峰段出现在08:00—10:00,占一天中羽化比例的21.92%。而花绒寄甲不论单配制还是群养模式,成虫交配与产卵行为具有明显的昼夜节律。其中,单配制模式下,成虫交配高峰发生在23:00,群养模式下交配高峰则推迟至24:00。产卵行为单配模式下出现18:00、22:00两个高峰,而群养模式下只有18:00单个高峰。这些结果显示了花绒寄甲卵的孵化、幼虫的化蛹以及成虫交配与产卵行为具有明显昼夜节律。 At a constant temperature of 25C,the behavior of oviposition,pupation,and eclosion of D.helophoroides occurred throughout the 24h cycle.Speifically,54.89%of eggs hatched between 11:00 and 18:00.The larvae exhibited a peak of pupation at 2-3 pm and a trough at 4-5 am.The peak of adult eclosion was observed at 8-10 am,accounting for 21.92%of the daily eclosion rate.The mating and oviposition behavior of this beetle displayed a pronounced circadian rhythm,mainly occuring in the scotophase in both monogamous and mass-rearing patterms.In monogamous pattern,the mating peak of adults was observed at 23:00,while delayed at 24:00 in the mass rearing pattern.The oviposition behavior displayed two peaks at 8:00 and 22:00 in monogamous patterm,while only one peak at 18:00 in mass rearing pattern.These results demonstrate that there is a significant circadian rhythm in hatching,pupation,mating and oviposition behavior of this beetle.
