摘要
"共享领导力"理论把"领导"从单个人的垄断中解放出来,实现了从关注个体到依赖集体的理论变革;把更多的团队成员卷入组织决策,使组织的动力来源更加丰富。公共组织中的领导力共享,在形式上表现为两种分权:一是政府向市场放权,二是政府向社会放权。国际事务中的领导力共享则体现为全球治理。本质主义向多元主义开放、单边主义向和谐世界过渡以及公民文化的世俗化过程为领导力共享提供了动力。
Shared leadership sets leaders free from individual monopoly, realizing the theoretical reform from focusing on individuals to depending on collective; and shared leadership theory involves more team members in the decision-making process, providing the organization with more impetus sources. The shared leadership in public organizations means two kinds of power decentralizing, one is to the market, the other to the society. In international affairs, shared leadership reflects in global governance. The conversion from essentialism to pluralism, the transition from unilateralism to the harmonious world theory, and the process of shared leadership. secularization of civic culture would provide impetus to
