摘要
目的研究胃苏颗粒的质量标准。方法增加TLC法鉴别橙皮苷、辛弗林、紫苏梗及RP-HPLC法测定柚皮苷含量的阴性干扰试验。结果与结论进一步提高现行质量标准,更好地控制产品质量。
Objective To establish a method for the quality standard of Weisu Granules. Methods The TLC methods were established for identified of hesperidin, synephrine and caulis perillae, and a RP-HPLC methed was established for the determination prove the existing quality standard, for better of naringin. Results and Conclutions The methods can iracontrol of product quality.
