摘要
用色谱 -质谱 -计算机联用法对佛手挥发油的化学成分和相对含量进行了系统分析 ,得到67种组分 ,鉴定出31个组分 ,主要组分是柠檬烯 (48.4 % )、1_甲基_2_(1_甲乙基 )_苯 (30.8 % )。
The chemical compositions and their relative contents in essential oil from bergamot were analyzed by GC-MS. Sixty _ seven compounds were isolated and thirty _ one of them identified. The main components are d _ limonene(48.4%) and 1 _ methyl _ 2 _ (1 _ methylethyl) benzene(30.8%).
