羽毛非织造材料对有毒染料孔雀石绿的吸附研究 被引量:4

摘要 禽类羽毛通过气流成网、针刺和热熔加固等非织造方法制得羽毛非织造材料。该材料具有一定强力,可以应用在废水的过滤净化上,材料中含有的大量羽毛可以吸附废水中的染料,如孔雀石绿等。将该材料作为新兴的羽毛吸附剂,去除水相介质中的孔雀石绿,研究了吸附平衡线和吸附过程中参数如温度、时间、pH值、吸附材料的含量和被吸附物的浓度等对吸附结果的影响。 Poultry feathers can be manufactured to nonwoven-webs which have enough mechanical capacity through airlaid, needle punching and thermal bonding processes. As bio-sorbents materials, these non-wovens were utilized in filtrating and purifying waste water to remove toxic dye, malachite green from waste water. The webs were tested for their propty, as adsorbent, for removal of malachite green. The effect of temperature, contact time, pH, amount of adsorbent, concentration of adsorbate were analyzed. The adsorption data validates Freundlich adsorption isotherms.
