摘要
目的采用氰基柱分离,高效液相色谱法测定水产品中孔雀石绿.方法采用氰基柱分离、流速为1.0mL/min的等梯度洗脱方式,对其样品中孔雀石绿进行测定.结果最低检测浓度LMG为0.02mg/L,MG为0.5mg/L.线性范围达0.1—160.0mg/L,最低检测远远大于SC/T3021--2004线性范围(MG0.01—0.04mg/L;LMG0.02~0.40mg/L).而且,等梯度洗脱方式又扩大了液相色谱的应用范围.样品加标回收率65.8%~82%.结论该方法简便、分离效果好、分析速度快、节省试剂、精密度高、灵敏、准确、线性范围宽.
Objective To test the consistency of the malachite green in aquatic product with the highly effective liquid chromatography by using the method of cyanogen pillar separation. Method According to those analysis methods, to test the consistency of the malachite green by using cyanogen pillar separation and the equal gradient elution whose speed of flow is 1.0 mL/min. Result The lowest concentration of LMG is 0.02 mg/L, MG is 0.5 mg/L. The linear scope reaches 0.1 - 160.0 mg/L, and the lowest examination is bigger than the linear scope of SC/T 3021--2004 by far( MG 0.01 - 0.04 mg/L; LMG 0.02 - 0.40 mg/L). Moreover, the method of equal gradient elution expanded the application of liquid chromatography. The sample returns 65.8% - 82%. Conclusion This method is simple, highly effective, and the speed of analysis is quick. In addition, the reagent is economical, keen, accurate, and the linear scope is wide.
