摘要
目的测定土党参中党参炔苷的含量，为土党参的质量控制及引种栽培等提供科学依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法分析，依利特-ODS2（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），以乙腈-水（20：80）为流动相，检测波长为270am。结果测定了贵州11个不同产地的土党参中党参炔苷的含量，其范围为0．686～4．035mg·g^-1。结论该方法快速简便，重复性好，可用于土党参的质量评价。
Objective To determine lobetyolin in Radix Campanumoeae . Methods Hypersil ODS 2（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used with acetonitrile - water （20： 80） as the mobile phase and DAD detection was at 270 nm. Results Radix Campanumoeae from 11 habitats in Guizhou were analyzed. The content of lobetyolin ranged from 0.686 - 4. 035 mg ·g^- 1. Conclusion The method is simple, quick and reproducible. It can be used to control the quality of Radix Campanumoeae.
