摘要
能本管理需要有效的员工薪酬激励体系作为支持,实施全面能力薪酬策略对推进能本管理有着重要意义。但目前能本管理中能力薪酬仍存在一些问题,因此,结合能本管理的特点,探讨科学构建能力薪酬体系的思路,可以使组织的人力资源管理更能体现以能为本。
Management by taking the employee' s ability as the foundation needs the support of the effective stimulating system for the employ' s salary. Implementation of overall ability salary policy has important meaning for promoting ability management. But there still exist some questions in the ability salary of the present ability management. Therefore, investigation of the mind of the scientific ability salary system by combining with the feature of taking the employee' s ability as the foundation can make the organized manpower resources management still more embody taking the ability as the foundation.
