摘要
介绍了铁炭微电解-H2O2预处理难降解染料废水的实验研究。采用铁炭微电解法预处理难降解染料废水。当进水pH值为4,铁炭质量比为2∶1,停留时间为30 min时。出水BOD5/COD较原水提高0.24。若在铁屑过滤出水中加入H2O28 mL/L,出水BOD5/COD为0.41,比铁炭微电解出水提高0.14,有利于后续采用生化法处理。
This paper introduces a study of pretreating hard biodegradable dyeing wastewater by ferric - carbon micro - electrolysis - H2O2. When only using ferric - eardon micro - electrolysis, BOD5/COD value of effluent increased by 0.24 compared that of influent under pH 4 , iron - carbon mass ratio 2: land HRT 30 min. When 8mL/L H2O2 has been added to the irdluent of micro- electrolysis, BOD5/COD value of effluent was 0.41, BOD5/COD value of effluent incrensed by 0.14. The biedegradation of this wastewater has been greatly improved so that biotreatment method will be efficiently used after ferric - cardon micro - electrolysis - H2O2.
