摘要
采用铁屑过滤-SBR工艺处理棉纺印染废水,结果表明,当进水COD为500~1300mg/L,色度为100~200倍,BOD_5 120~300mg/L时,COD去除率可达85%,BOD_5去除率和脱色率均在90%以上,出水达到了排放标准。该工艺较适合于中小型印染厂废水处理。
Study on filtration with iron filings and sequencing batch reactor (SBR) for treating cotton spinning fibre dyeing wastewater has been conducted. The result showed that the removal efficiency of COD reached 85%, BOD5 and color over 90% when influent COD was 500 - 1300mg/L, BOD5 120 - 300mg/L and color 100 - 200 folds, the effluent met discharge standards. This process was of less cost in construction and operatron. It is suitable for treating the wastewater from middle or small dyeing factories.
