摘要
采用微电解法处理印染废水,选取该工艺的主要影响因素,通过正交试验,确定最佳操作参数是pH值=8.0、m(Fe):m(C)=1:1、停留时间60min.在此条件下,色度去除率可达94.55%,CODCr去除率70.46%.该法能显著改善废水的可生化性,且以废治废,简便易行.
Microelectrolysis is applied to the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater discharged by Shashi Dongfeng Dyehouse. Using orthogonal design test, the optimum pH, ratio of Fe to C and reaction time for the processing are found to be 8.0, 1:1 and 60 min, respectively. Under such conditions, the removal rates of the color and the chemical oxygen demand (COD_(Cr)) are 94.55% and 70.46%, respectively.
