摘要
采用铁床法预处理再进行生化处理的方法,对乙氧氟草醚生产中醚化、硝化和缩合时产生的高含量、难生化有机废水处理工艺进行了研究,探讨了各工艺条件对处理效果的影响。结果表明,二段铁床法CODCr和色度去除率分别>40%和>80%,出水的可生化性能B/C>0.4;经生化处理后可使排放水CODCr≤100mg/L,各项指标符合国家标准一级要求。
Pretreatment by iron bed followed by biochemical treatment is made on the biochemical organic wastewater of high content. Effect of various conditions on the treatment result is explored. Results show that CODCr and colour removal rate is > 40% and> 80%, respectively, B/C is > 0.4; Dischargeable water CODCr is ≤ 100 mg/L after the biochemical treatment. Its index can meet the requirements the national first degree.
