摘要
IT行业的人才需求量极大,且对人才有较高要求,本文探讨了利用高校优势,结合企业平台,创建一种不同与现有学校教育又有别于社会办学的IT人才培养模式。
There is currently a huge demand for IT talents with high qualifications. This paper researches on how to integrate the university education resources with the enterprise platform to establish a new IT talent education model that is different from the current education model both in the school and in the society.
