摘要
论文通过问卷调查与对比研究的方式,概括了北京石油化工学院机械工程学院2006-2009届机电系毕业生的就业现状,分析了用人单位和毕业生对我机电系人才培养方面的意见和建议,最后提出了突出实践教学环节、实行素质教育等六个方面的建议。
By the manners of questionnaire and comparative,The paper sums up the employment status of 2006-2009 session graduates of mechanical and electrical engineering of Beijing Institute of Petrochemical,analyzes of employers and graduates＇views and recommendations related to talented person training process in electrical and mechanical engineering.The final are the suggestions,to highlight practice and implement education for all-around development and so on.
