摘要
介绍了用于多晶体材料微观组织结构重构的程序的算法。程序依据多晶体材料的电子背散射衍射(EBSD)分析所得数据,完成了多晶体材料微观组织结构的计算机重构,实现了多晶体材料微观组织的可视化,为采用数值化技术对多晶体材料微观组织结构进行定量分析创造了条件。
An algorithm for computer reconstruction of polycrystalline material microstructures is introduced. The software is able to reconstruct polycrystalline material microstructures based on the data acquired from EBSD analysis of polycrystalline materials, and realizes visualization of polycrystalline material microstructures. The present work lays a basis for numerical processing of polycrystalline material microstructures.
