摘要
介绍了用于多晶体材料微观组织结构重构的软件MSCopier(二维版)的设计思想.该软件能够对多晶体材料各个晶粒的几何形状进行识别,并运用了多边形裁剪算法,可将实际晶粒的几何形状处理成对应的凸多边形,完成了多晶体材料的微观组织结构的计算机重构,实现了多晶体材料微观组织的可视化,成功地实现了多晶体材料二维微观组织结构的计算机重构,为采用数值化技术对多晶体集合进行定量分析创造了条件.
A design idea of developing software MSCopier (2D version), for computer reconstruction of microstructure of polycrystalline materials is introduced. The software is capable of identifying geometric shape of grains in a polycrystal aggregate and makes use of polygon tailoring algorithm to regulate grains of arbitrary shape to be come relevant coven polygons. This treatment enables computer-based reconstruction of a 2D polycrystal microstructure, to be accomplished, relizing visualization of microstructure. The present work lays a basis for numerical processing of polycrystal microstructure.
