摘要
该文实现了利用材料微观结构的系列二维截面图形数据,重构微结构立体图形的初级程序设计。使用连续切片和金相方法,得到材料微观组织结构的系列二维截面图,运用距离最小原则、均匀分配原则、图形拓扑相似性原则,逐层连接相邻切片二维截面,得到微观结构的立体图形,并通过消隐,使重构的材料微观结构立体结构符合正常的视觉效果。该程序能够按照任意角度旋转图形,从而可以了解微观组织结构不同视角的立体信息。
The present work is aimed at creating an useful program to reconstruct 3 - D microstructure by using 2 - D serial section microstructure information of materials. Using the serial section technique and the metallography technology, we can collect 2 - D serial section information of material' s microstructure. Using the Distance Minimum rule, the Proportional Spacing Distributed rule and the Topological Comparability rule, the program can construct 3 - D microstructure of material by connecting the backfence 2 - D serial sections step by step. The reconstructured 3 - D microstructure is in accord with the normal ocular purpose after the graphics blanking. The reconstructured 3 - D microstructure form 2 - D serial sections can also turn with different input angle, which is helpful to realize the 3 - D microstructure figure information from different observing angle.
