摘要
目的:建立用于葡萄球菌肠毒素A、B检测的免疫芯片技术方法。方法:采用双抗体夹心法原理进行免疫芯片的技术研究,对影响免疫芯片检测结果的实验条件进行了优化。结果:实现了在同一张芯片上同时检测葡萄球菌肠毒素A、B,按优化后的条件检测SEA、SEB,最低检测限均为1 ng/m l。结论:对葡萄球菌肠毒素A、B进行了免疫芯片的制作,可以实现待测物的测定。
Objiective:To develop an immunochips for the detection of the Staphylococcus enterotoxin A and B in the paper.Methods:In the process of detecting Staphylococcus enterotoxin A,B,the antibody sandwich method was adopted.And the conditions of immunochips which influence the detection results were optimized.Results:We could detect Staphylococcus enterotoxin A,B on the same glass slide at the same time.A series of optimizations of testing conditions was carried out for the detection of Staphylococcus enterotoxin A,B.The detection limit of SEA,SEB was 1ng/ml.Conclusion:The immunochip technique can be used to detect the Staphylococcus enterotoxin A,B samples.
