摘要
微流控芯片是可以把待分析样品的前处理、反应、分离、检测和收集等基本操作集成到一体的微全分析系统。微芯片因其在微尺度下进行反应的各项过程,具有消耗样品量少,耗费时间短、效率高、成本低等优势,引起了研究者的广泛关注。本文设计了基于酶促免疫反应的微流控芯片,开发了集成化、小型化的快速检测设备,进行快速提取、反应,以神经氨酸酶作为检测靶标,可用于相关呼吸道传染病的快速检测,该设备具有设备轻巧、高度稳定、高度灵敏和特异性高等优点。
Microfluidic chip is a micro total analysis system which can integrate the basic operations of pretreatment,reaction,separation,detection and collection of the sample to be analyzed.Microchip has attracted wide attention of researchers because of its advantages of small sample consumption,short time consumption,high efficiency and low cost in the process of micro-scale reaction.In this paper,a microfluidic chip based on enzymatic immune reaction was designed,and an integrated and miniaturized rapid detection device was developed for rapid extraction and reaction,with neuraminidase as the detection target,which can be used for rapid detection of related respiratory infectious diseases.The device has the advantages of light weight and high stability,sensitivity and specificity.
