摘要
微流控芯片是可以集样品前处理、化工反应、分离、检测和收集为一体的微全分析系统(Miniaturized Total Analysis Systems)。微芯片因其在微尺度下进行反应的各项过程,具有消耗样品量少,高时间分辨率和高效率反应的优势,引起了全球广泛的研究。本工作基于微芯片电泳设备构建的分离检测系统,具有便携化、效率高和微型化的优势,可应用与硝基化合物的原位快速分析,实现对环境污染物的现场、快速检测,对环境污染应急方案的制定具有重要指导意义。
Microfluidic chip is a Miniaturized Total Analysis System that integrates sample pretreatment,chemical reaction,separation,detection and collection.Microchip has attracted extensive research at the worldwide due to its advantages of low sample consumption.Based on various reaction processes on the microscale,the microfluidic chip system owns high time resolution and high efficiency.The separation and detection system based on the microchip electrophoresis equipment has the advantages of portability,high efficiency and miniaturization.It can be applied to the in-situ rapid analysis of nitro compounds to realize the on-site and rapid detection of environmental pollutants,which has important guiding significance for the formulation of emergency plans for environmental pollution.
