摘要
基于多孔体材料的塑性理论和体积可压缩的刚塑性有限元理论,通过数值模拟,并以Lee-Kuhn通过实验获得的局部应变极限准则为破裂条件,分析了摩擦因子、坯料高径比、坯料初始密度、模具型式和工件的形状等因素对形成表面裂纹的影响。
In this paper, based on the plastic theory of porous metal materials and the compressible rigid-plastic finite elment method(FEM), and with the help of the local limit strain criterion obtained by Lee-Kuhn's experiments, all kinds of factors such as the frictional coefficient(m), the relative height (H/D), the relative density (R0), the shape of the die and the workpiece etc, which caused the surface fracture, are analyzed.
