摘要
基于Deform-3D软件分析了变形程度和坯料高径比对反挤压整体式凹模的影响。数值模拟结果表明,随着变形程度的增加所需凹模外内径之比逐渐增大;随着坯料高度的增加所需凹模外内径之比呈先增加后减小并又保持不变的规律。
The influences of deformation and ratio of blank height and diameter on the force distribution of the backward extrusion die were analyzed by Deform-3D software.The numerical simulation demonstrates that the ratio of die's external diameter and internal diameter gradually increases with the increase of deformation;with the height of blank increasing,the ratio increases again and then decreases,and remains at last.
