摘要
基于多孔体金属材料的塑性变形理论和体积可压缩的刚塑性有限元理论,导出了适合于分析多孔体金属材料塑性变形的有限元公式,并对多孔体金属材料的塑性变形过程进行了数值模拟。分析了摩擦因子、坯料高径比、模具型式和工件形状等因素对多孔体金属材料塑性变形的影响。
In this paper,based on the plastic theory of porous metal materials and the compressible rigid--plastic finite element method (FEM), the FEM formulafyion being used to simulation of the porous materials has been derived. And,the deformation process of porous materials have been simulated. Meanwhile,effects of process parameters, including the frictional coefficient (m), the relative height (H/D),the shape of the die and the workpiece on the deformation have been analyzed.
