摘要
目前的中国教育改革已取得了很大成就,但也存在不少问题,如合格生源愈益减少,这已成为高校教育教学质量下降的一个主要原因,并引发了高校教育发展的许多新问题。而要有效地解决这个问题,重点之一就是要进行自下而上的基础教育改革,加强高校与中学、小学的交流,注重教学改革与生源特性和类型结合的紧密度,促进教育机关部门加强职能转变,重视地方高校的合格师资培养及学生道德信念培养等,其中尤为重要的是应该消除大学毕业生在就业问题上的"学校歧视"和不平等现象。
Although the scale of student enrollment of our country is larger and ment of higher education from elite education to mass education, the number of larger with the developqualified students is less and less, which becomes a major factor of the quality degradation of higher education and arouses many new problems to the development of higher education. To solve this problem effectively, it is necessary to reform the foundation education from top to bottom, to enforce the communication between colleges and middle/elementary schools, to unite the education reformation and students＇characteristics more closely, to promote the function transformation of education management institutions, to emphasize the training of qualified teachers and the development of morality faith, etc.
