摘要
为加强高素质人才培养体系的建设,更好地进行本科生教育教学管理,充分发挥好专业教师在本科生学业规划过程中所起到的引领作用,笔者结合教学经验,针对本科生学业导师制的实行,从和谐师生关系,提高教学质量;组建创新型教师学生团队;"请进来"与"走出去"相结合,培养专业型技术人才等三方面,来探讨学业导师制对本科生学习能力和素质教育造成的影响。
In order to enhance the construction of high-quality personnel training system and undergraduates teaching system.Making professional teachers play a better role on undergraduates academic planning process. According to the teaching experience, aiming at the implementation of the academic tutorial system, we are trying to discuss the influence of the academic tutorial system to undergraduates' learning ability and quality-oriented education from promoting the relations between students and teachers to improve the quality of teaching,building innovative groups,cultivating technical talents by combining ' please come in' and 'please get out'.
