摘要
稳定的专业思想是大学生扎实学习专业知识、掌握专业技能的重要前提。随着农林专业学生"学农不爱农"现象的日渐显现,如何增强农林专业学生兴农强农的使命感和学农事农的责任感,成为农林院校亟需解决的首要问题。学业导师为解决问题提供了一种有效途径。本文结合动物科学专业的特点,阐述了学业导师制对本科生专业信心的树立、价值观的形成、职业规划和身心健康等方面的影响,并提出"知、情、意、行"教育理念。
Stable professional thought is a good way to ensure the college students to lean professional knowledge and to mtaster the professional skills. With the increasing phenomenon that agriculture students don't like their major, how we should enhance the students responsibility for agriculture is the first duty.Academic tutorial points out a new way. According to animal science, the paper described the effect of academic tutorial system on establishing professional confidence, formation of values,career planning, and physical and mental health to correct professional ideology and provide a reference for personalized training.And then,give a new profession educational art point about:'realization, feelings, awareness and action'.
