摘要
直流换流站中一个物理设备(控制或保护系统)需要面向全站一次、二次设备;高压直流(HVDC)输电控制保护系统中存在很多特有的状态和控制方式。文中探讨了HVDC输电控制保护系统IEC 61850模型建立问题。建立的控制系统IEC 61850模型包括控制系统的事件、遥控、遥调、遥测和遥信。保护系统采用面向对象的IEC 61850建模方式,以各原理的保护为对象。文中建立了保护动作矩阵的IEC 61850模型,重点描述了逻辑节点类型和数据对象类的扩充。
In a DC substation, one physical device, such as a control system or a protection system, needs to control both high voltage and low voltage equipments in the substation. There are many status and control modes specific to HVDC system not included in IEC 61850 standards. The paper discusses the IEC 61850 modelling approach for HVDC control and protection system. The model includes event logs, remote control, remote modulation, remote measurement and remote communication. For the protection system modelling, the object oriented method is used. The model of protection action matrix (PAM) in IEC 61850 standards is also given. The extensions of logical node type and data object class are also discussed.
