摘要 为了满足未来智能电网对全景状态信息进行监测和共享的需要,文中提出基于IEC 61850标准的输变电设备状态监测集成方法,并给出了集成平台的系统结构。通过对无缝通用通信服务器、协议转换方法以及状态监测实时通信等关键问题的研究,将不同厂商、不同通信接口、不同通信协议的输变电状态在线监测装置同时接入并集成到IEC 61850技术体系,并对外提供统一的IEC 61850通信接口。采用荷兰KEMA公司UniCA 61850 Analyzer分析仪捕获并分析了所实现的关联、目录获取与报告等服务的报文,验证了实现方法的正确性和可行性。 To better satisfy the need of the future smart grid for monitoring and sharing of overall condition information, an integration method for the condition monitoring of power transmission and transformation equipment based on IEC 61850 is proposed, and the system structure of the integration platform is given. By studying such crucial problems as the seamless general communication server, protocol conversion between IEC 60870-5 and IEC 61850 and real-time communication of condition monitoring, the power transmission and transformation condition on-line monitoring devices from different manufacturers and of different communication interfaces and communication protocols can be easily connected and integrated into the platform at the same time, with unified communication interface of IEC 61850 provided. In addition, the main service rendered, such as association, directory access and report, is captured and analyzed with the KEMA UniCA 61850 Analyzer, proving the validity and feasibility of the method proposed.
