摘要
基于三峡至常州直流输电工程换流站控制保护功能性能分析,较全面地概述了直流输电控制系统的基本策略、功能/性能要求及其发展,并对我国直流输电换流站二次系统的发展提出了建议。
Based on the performance analysis of control and protection functions for Three gorges to Changzhou HVDC project, this paper describes the basic strategy, function / performance requirements and its development of HVDC control and protection system, and presents the suggestions for development of secondary system in HVDC converter station in China.
