摘要 文章旨在探讨培养学生创新能力的微生物实验教学体系实践及效果;编写《医学微生物学实验教程》;实验课独立设置,建立了新的实验课程体系,实验内容分为基本操作技能训练、综合型、探索型和设计型实验;改革实验课教学的指导方法,建立了科学的实验教学考核方法;培养学生动手能力和科研创新能力。 This paper discusses the practice and its effect of new microbiological teaching contents and curriculum on cultivating innovative abilities of students. The textbook《Medical Microbiology Experiment》 has been compiled; the experiment has independently offered as a course; and the new experiment curriculum system has been built up. Based on the contents, the experiments are divided into four types:type of experiment on basic technical skill training, type of comprehension,type of investigation and type of design. This practice has reformed the instruction method of teaching experiment lesson and built up rational evaluation method of experimental teaching,which could greatly foster students' abilities both operation independently and on innovation in scientific researches.
