耐候钢异型坯连铸粘结漏钢原因

摘要 09CuPCrNi-A耐候钢异型坯连铸时粘结漏钢严重影响生产,分析其产生原因,提出相应的改进措施。主要包括优化钢种化学成份和保护渣性能,调整相关异型坯连铸工艺参数等,异型坯粘结漏钢发生率显著下降,满足了09CuPCrNi-A耐候H型钢生产的需要。 The sticking break-out of beam blank continuous casting is introduced. The mechanisms was researched.On the basis of the results, the measures was worked out. Through the improved measures including optimization of chemical compositions of 09CuPCrNi-A H-beam and the properties of mould powder, relatant beam blank continuous casting process etc, the ratio of sticking break-out was decreased.
