摘要
针对济钢第一炼钢厂小方坯铸机出现的粘接漏钢、接头漏钢、裂纹漏钢、夹渣漏钢等形式进行分析 ,并采取了控制拉锭时间 ,提高结晶器水质、水速 ,优化结晶器振动参数 ,保证水口对中等措施 ,使铸机的漏钢率明显降低。
Engaging in analysis to counter the forms of adhesion bleading out,joint bleeding out,crack bleading out,ontrapped slag blea ding out,etc.appearing in the first steelmaking plant of jigang,and adopting som e measurements consisted of controlling drawing billet time,increasing the water quality and water flowing speed of mold,optimizing the vibration parameters of mold and insuring the centering of nozzle,etc.the bleeding out rate of caster is decreased remarkably.
