摘要
针对马钢异型坯结晶器内的传输现象,建立了相应的数学模型。利用有限元软件ANSYS研究了异型坯结晶器内钢水流动规律,并耦合计算了钢水的凝固过程,其中凝固潜热的处理采用了等效比热法。计算结果和现场规律吻合,为现场工艺优化提供很好的参考作用。
The numerical model was established for the transport phenomena in beam blank continuous casting mold that was used in Ma'anshan Iron and Steel Company. The commercial code ANSYS was used to simulate the coupling of fluid flow and the solidification in the mould. With regards to the latent heat during the molten steel solidification, the way of equivalent specific heat was applied. The results of computer are consistent with the principle of the plant,which can be referred in the technology on spot.
