薄板坯连铸结晶器内钢液凝固行为的研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对薄板坯连铸漏斗型结晶器内凝固过程,采用热弹塑性有限元法,考虑铸坯与铜板的接触状态,建立了热力耦合模型。模拟分析了铸坯经过结晶器过程中坯壳内的温度场和应力场,得到了凝固坯壳形成过程的传热和变形规律。模拟结果表明:铸坯角部温度高于宽面和窄面中心温度并出现两个平台期;两个弧线段交界区域出现应力峰值,是铸坯裂纹敏感区。该结果为漏斗型结晶器形状的设计、结晶器锥度的优化以及提高连铸坯质量提供理论依据和技术基础。 Based on the solidification process of carbon steel in funnel type mold, a thermo- mechanical coupled mathematical model, in which the contact behavior between thin slab and mold is considered, has been developed using thermo-elasto-plastic finite element method. The temperature and stress fields of solidification shell in the mold are simulated, so the temperature distribution and deformation pattern can be obtained. The results show that the temperature at the corner of thin slab is higher than that at the center of the wide face and narrow face, two plateaus appear at the corner of thin slab and the peak stress of solidification shell appear at the junction of two arc segment , the junction is the area of cracking susceptibility. This study can provide theoretical basis and technological fundament for the design of funnel type mold, optimization of mold taper and improvement of the quality of thin slab.
