摘要
利用Co^2+催化过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)与鲁米诺的发光反应,建立了静态注射化学发光检测面粉中BPO的方法。单样检测周期为1h,检测限为3×10^-9g/mL,线性范围1.0×10^-8~1.0×10^-6g/mL,加标回收率为93.4%~101.7%,对浓度为5.0×10^-8g/mL的BPO进行测定,RSD=2.29%(n=11)。该方法应用于测定面粉中的BPO效果良好。
A new method for determination of benzoyl peroxide (BPO) by static injection chemiluminescence has been developed. The time of measuring a sample was 1 hour. The detection limit was 3 ×10^-9 g/mL. The rate of recovery was between 93.4% and 101.7%. The linear range was from 1.0× 10^ -8 g/mL to 1.0×10^ -7 g/mL. The relative standard deviation (n = 11 ) was 2.29% for 5.0 × 10^ -8 g/mL BPO. Results indicated that this method could be used in the determination of BPO in flour.
