摘要
隐喻反映了人的认知和思维。隐喻概念体系根植于人们的生活经验,萌发于社会文化的沃土。不同语言文化背景中对隐喻的运用和理解有所差异,即普遍性中存在着差异性。从隐喻本质分析的角度,探求其内在的寓意并提出相应的翻译方法,以期指导翻译活动。
Metaphor reflects people＇s cognition and thoughts. Its conception system originates from people＇s experience in life and developed in social culture. The application and understanding of metaphor differs in different language and culture backgrounds. This paper, by analyzing the nature of metaphor, has an insight into its implications and brings forward corresponding translation methods in the hope of offering guidance to translation work .
