摘要
教育游戏角色是玩家在游戏场景中的"替身",具有统一游戏过程和学习过程的关键作用。游戏角色设计包括"内"、"外"两个属性区的分析和研究,内在属性区即设计者的初衷、目的的内化和隐喻;外在属性区即玩家对角色形象的接受和对角色特征的体验。分析和研究这两大截然不同的属性区有助于我们深入认识教育游戏角色设计的过程。文章着重探讨探究式教育游戏角色设计的机制和途径。
The character of educational games is players' scapegoats in the game scenes. It assumes the key role that unify the process of games and studies. The design of game characters includes the analysis and study of the internal and external attribute areas. The internal attribute area is the internalization and metaphor of designer's original intention and purpose. The external attribute area is that players accept the image of a role and experience the feature of a character. To analysis and study these two very different attributes is helpful for us to understand the character design of educational games deeply. This article focuses on the mechanisms and approaches of character design in the inquiry-based educational games.
