摘要
通过对培养基中不同植物生长调节剂配比的筛选试验,对4个柑橘栽培品种GL橙、AW橙、鱼橙和霜橙的成年态茎段培养技术体系进行了研究。结果表明:鱼橙成年态茎段在MT+BAP 0.5 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L培养基中的腋芽诱导效果最好,在MT+BAP 0.1 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L培养基中的离体植株增殖效率最高;同时还筛选出适合于GL橙(MT+BAP1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L)、AW橙和霜橙(均为MT+BAP 1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L)3个柑橘品种成年态茎段腋芽萌发和生长的适宜培养基。
In this study, the in vitro stem culture technology of adult citrus from four citrus species were identified by screening the different compost of plant growth regulators in the medium. Results indicated that MT+BAP0.5 mg/L+IBA0.2 mg/L was suitable for the regeneration of buds and shoots, and MT+BAP0.1 mg/L +IBA 0.1 mg/L was best for fisher navel. In addition, the optimum medium was identified for the regeneration and developing of buds and shoots from adult stem explants of Gillete navel (MT+ BAP1.0 mg/L+IBA0.1 mg/L), Frost navel and Atwood navel (MT+BAP1.0 mg/L+IBA0.2 mg/L).
