摘要
医院后勤工作是医院工作的基础,是医院正常运行的重要支持和保障。目前,许多医院的后勤管理工作滞后于医院的发展,无论从绩效考评、工作质量还是客户满意度等方面都有不尽如人意之处,迫切需要工作程序及评价体系上的变革。循证医学的原理正在于用最新、最有力的信息指导目前的工作,建立有效的评价体系来修正当前的工作,这种工作方式和评价方式能够实现对后勤工作及其效果的实时监控和保障,满足医疗对于后勤的要求,做到后勤与医疗同步发展。
Hospital logistic management was the basic part of hospital management and it was the important support and grantee of hospital normal operation. Hospital logistic management was behind hospital development in many hospitals. Issues such as performance evaluation, working quality and client satisfaction were existed in logistic management. Reform was needed. The advances of evident based medicine theory were using the newest and strongest information to support decision making and applying. An effective evaluation system could be established to modify current working. The working mechanism and evaluation system could manage and minute hospital logistic work real timely to assure logistic management and hospital synchronous development.
