摘要
本文简明阐述医疗质量的概念和医疗质量管理的特点,在分析医疗质量管理的结构(要素、环节和终末三级质量)及其标准基础上,系统回顾医疗质量管理的主要模式及效用评价,并对未来医院质量模式展开展望和探索,提出质量文化、第三方评价和技术规范等质量管理发展的新思考。
The article briefly discussed the concepts and characteristics of medical quality management, and reviewed main types and utility assessment approaches of current medical quality management based on the structure analysis of quality management. The author also explored future types of medical quality management, and proposed new quality management approaches for quality culture, third - party evaluation and technique regulation.
