摘要 目的对姜科植物广西莪术(Curcuma kwangsiensis S.G.LeeetC.F.Ling)的根茎化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、制备薄层色谱、SephadexLH-20柱色谱以及HPLC进行分离和纯化,并依据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其化学结构。结果从广西莪术根茎的体积分数为95%的乙醇溶液提取物中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为蓬莪术环二烯(furanodiene,1)、吉马酮(germa-crone,2)、蓬莪术环二烯酮(furanodienone,3)、蓬莪术环氧酮(zederone,4)、对羟基苯甲酸(4-hydroxybenzoicacid,5)、对羟基桂皮酸(p-hydroxycirmamicacid,6)。结论化合物1、3~6为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective To study the chemical constituents of the rhizome of Curcuma kwangsiensis S. G. Lee et C. F. Ling. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated by a combination of silica gel, sephadex LH- 20,PTLC and HPLC. The structures of these compounds were identified by the physico-chemical evidences and NMR spectroscopic data. Results Six compounds were isolated from the rhizome of Curcuma kwang- siensis and identified as furanodiene ( 1 ), germacrone ( 2 ) , furanodienone ( 3 ), zederone ( 4 ), 4-hydroxybenzoic acid( 5 )and p-hydroxycinnamic acid(6). Conclusions Compounds 1 and 3 -6 are isolated from this plant for the fin-st time.
