樟芝的研究及其应用 被引量:12

摘要 目的 :介绍台湾产新菌种樟芝的生物学特性 ,人工培育方法 ,化学成分及其生理活性 ,开发现状及其展望。方法 :采用固体栽培法和深层液体培养法进行樟芝的人工培育 ,提取其有效成分进行抗氧化、免疫增强、护肝、抗肿瘤等试验。结果 :樟芝在固体和液体培养基中均得到了良好地生长 ,深层液体培养缩短了培养周期 ,有效成分以多糖体、三萜类、固醇类、抗氧化物质为主 ,其子实体、菌丝体和液体培养的过滤液具有抗氧化、提高免疫力、护肝、抗肝炎、抗肿瘤、抗感染等多项生理活性 ,具有高效低毒的优点。结论 :深层液体培养樟芝弥补了野生樟芝资源的严重不足。樟芝野生和人工培育的子实体、菌丝体以及液体培养的过滤液可以加工制成具有抗肿瘤、抗肝炎、护肝、调节免疫、抗衰老、抗炎作用的保健食品和药品 。
