摘要
白细胞介素10(IL—10)是目前研究热门且了解较多的抗炎性因子,能发挥抗炎性反应作用。IL-10受体(IL-10R)存在于单核吞噬细胞膜上,能与IL-10结合后发挥抗炎作用,转录激活因子3(STAT3)是该过程的关键因素,通过与IL-10R上的暂时锚靠位点结合而活化。活化的STAT3激活某些控制炎症靶点转录的基因,发挥抗炎症作用。
Interleukin-10(IL-10) is the best known and studied of the anti-inflammatory cytokines and develops the potent anti-inflammatory response(AIR). The IL-10 receptor(IL-10R) resides in the cell membrane of the mononuclear phagocyte system,which binds to IL-10 to generate anti-inflammatory effect. The signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3)plays a critical role, which passages the dock of IL-10R to be activated. Thus STAT3 activates other genes which task is to selectively control transcription of inflammatory targets.
