摘要
目的研究迷迭香酸对大鼠免疫性肝纤维化的治疗作用。方法建立牛血清白蛋白致大鼠免疫性肝纤维化模型,根据体重、血清白蛋白和纤粘连蛋白水平随机分组,迷迭香酸治疗60 d后,检测血清肝功能及纤维化指标水平,检测肝组织羟脯氨酸的含量。结果迷迭香酸能够降低天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶的活性,减少总胆红素的表达并使白蛋白/总蛋白比值增大,降低血清透明质酸、层粘连蛋白、Ⅲ型前胶原和肝组织羟脯氨酸的含量。结论迷迭香酸能够改善纤维化大鼠的肝功能,延缓纤维化的发展。
Objective To study the therapeutical effect of rosmarinic acid on immunological hepatic fibrosis.Methods The model of immunological hepatic fibrosis induced by bovine albumin was used in this work and the animals were randomly divided according to the body-weight and the level of albumin,fibronectin.After given rosmarinic acid for 60 days,the hepatic function and hepatic fibrosis index were assessed by spectrophotometry or ELISA.Results Rosmarinic acid could decrease the activity of serum transaminase,increase the ratio of albumin and inhibit the generation of total bilirubin,hyaluronic acid,laminin and procollagen Ⅲ in the serum and hydroxyproline in the liver.Conclusion Rosmarinic acid could improve hepatic function and inhibit the progress of fibrosis.
